Okay, I finally decided to get a DeviantART page going...!

After being told about it long ago, I finally got around to it..Until I find a better place to post this, here's a little bit about me:

I work full-time as a technical illustrator for a publishing company, but I perform part-time work as a freelance illustrator doing fine art and illustrations. My preferred medium is pen and ink (I like to do detail work) but I am versatile enough to work in a variety of techniques to include digitial design (using mainly Adobe programs), inkwash, painting (oil, acrylic, and watercolor), and I have been getting into 3D Design recently. Additionally, I work as a Multimedia Illustrator in a Psyops unit in the Army Reserve, and I currently have 15 years of service in that capacity. I may be going for my Master's Degree in Fine Art Illustration soon, at which point I may be tied up in terms of time, but if you'd like me to do work for you in the meantime, please contact me and maybe we can work out an agreement!

My favorite two reknown artists that spring to mind are Drew Struzan (who just retired from the movie poster biz)and Norman Rockwell. I also enjoy the work of Burt Monroy, who is a master of realistic Illustrator and Photoshop work. I was heavily influenced by comic book art early on and I am still a massive fan of Jim Lee, especially when he works with Scott Williams.
